- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Certain items like personal care, hygiene products, and perishable goods are not eligible for return due to safety reasons.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for defective or wrong products delivered.
- If the desired product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can apply for a return after delivery.
