Refunds Policy

At GrosDeals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or different from the description.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Certain items like personal care, hygiene products, and perishable goods are not eligible for return due to safety reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for defective or wrong products delivered.
  • If the desired product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can apply for a return after delivery.
